About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. This is a key role that ensures strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective business partnering across our operations. The Finance Manager will play a crucial part in supporting decision-making, maintaining compliance, and driving financial performance through robust analysis and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial management of the company, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis in line with Group reporting timelines.
  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks.
  • Support the management with strategic and operational financial analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional partners.
  • Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within finance operations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance to support consolidated reporting or ad hoc projects as required.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly payroll
  • Oversee the quarterly VAT and monthly VIES submissions

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership or management role, ideally within a multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of IFRS and statutory compliance in Cyprus or international operations.
  • Crypto knowledge is essential
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across departments and levels
  • Experience in the iGaming Industry will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with Xero will be considered an advantage
