Position Summary:

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help drive the marketing engine forward. You'll be the link between strategy, analytics, and execution making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while campaigns deliver real results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and support campaign execution
  • Manage and update our CRM to keep leads and data flowing
  • Help drive lead generation initiatives and performance tracking
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that turn numbers into insights
  • Liaise with our external creative agency to ensure timelines and quality
  • Support the marketing director in planning, research, and admin tasks
  • Assist with social media management and content coordination
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate or similar industry a plus)
  • Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), and Excel
  • Eye for detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects
  • Self-starter attitude. You see what needs to be done and make it happen
  • Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
