We're looking for a
Project Designer
who's passionate about design excellence and eager to take the lead in shaping projects from concept to completion. You'll be part of a growing team where creativity meets practicality — and where every project tells a story of innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  concept development
  ,
  master planning
  , and detailed design for residential and mixed-use projects.
• Oversee
  design management
  throughout all project stages, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Handle
  project licensing and compliance
  , ensuring adherence to Cypriot building regulations and planning codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide
  leadership and guidance
  to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of design documentation.
• Engage with key
  stakeholders
  — clients, suppliers, and authorities — to bring design visions to reality.
• Support
  construction oversight
  , ensuring that the final product reflects the design intent.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in
  Architectural Design
  or
  Engineering
  .
• Registered or eligible for registration
  as an Architect in Cyprus.
• Strong knowledge of
  Cypriot planning and building regulations
  .
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
  .
• Excellent
  leadership, communication, and project management
  skills.
• Minimum
  2 years of experience
  in architectural design or project coordination.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, innovative, and sustainable designs.
