What You'll Do**

• Looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in the company's transition from the legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM. The role will focus on analyzing existing processes, gathering business requirements, and ensuring a smooth migration of data, functionality, and workflows into Salesforce. The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and the Salesforce implementation team, ensuring that the new CRM meets business needs and is adopted successfully across the organizatio

Qualifications & Requirement**

• s - Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (at least 1 year) - essen
• tialExperience in trading/financial services CRM environments - essen
• tialSalesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification - essen
• tialStrong knowledge of at least one of the clouds: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service C
• loudExperience in data mapping, data migration, and process re-enginee
