What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
to join our CRM transformation program, where we are migrating from a
legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM
. This role is critical to ensuring Salesforce reflects the unique needs of a
trading business
, including client lifecycle management, partner hierarchies, compliance requirements, and high-volume transactional processes. The ideal candidate will bring
strong Salesforce technical expertise
combined with
hands-on experience in the trading or financial services sector
, enabling them to design solutions that are both technically sound and business-relevant.
What We're Looking For:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy
custom Salesforce solutions
(Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Flows). - Implement
record sharing, user access controls, and security models
aligned with compliance and trading business requirements. - Support the
migration of data and processes
from the Back Office CRM to Salesforce. - Develop and maintain
integrations with trading platforms, external systems, and partner portals
(APIs, External Objects, REST/SOAP). - Optimize system performance by monitoring and resolving
governor limit issues, errors, and exceptions
. - Collaborate with
Business System Analysts
to translate trading-specific requirements into technical specifications. - Participate in
code reviews, unit testing, UAT
, and release deployments. - Provide technical support, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver timely fixes.
- Document
data models, process flows, and technical designs
.
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
in a professional environment. - Proven expertise in
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura - Experience with
External Objects and API-based integrations
. - Strong understanding of
Salesforce data migration
and handling large data volumes. - Experience implementing
Partner/BDM hierarchies, client lifecycle flows, and case management
. - Direct experience in the trading or financial services industry
– ability to understand trading workflows, regulatory/compliance requirements, and client onboarding processes. - Knowledge of Salesforce security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules).
Preferred
- Salesforce
Platform Developer I/II certification
. - Experience integrating Salesforce with
trading systems, CRMs, or client/partner portals
. - Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Background in
financial operations, brokerage, or fintech CRM projects - DevOps experience
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a
business-first mindset
. - Ability to bridge technical solutions with
trading business requirements
. - Clear communication skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a

Working Schedule:
Onsite Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00
