WAREHOUSE MANAGER

αναζητάμε στέλεχος με διάθεση να ενταχθεί σε μία πολύ οργανωμένη και εξελισσόμενη εταιρία.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :

  • Οργάνωση της αποθήκης
  • Διαχείριση όλων των ενεργειών που σχετίζονται με τις διαδικασίες και τις δραστηριότητες της μεταφοράς – διανομής
  • Συντονισμός & έλεγχος ροής φόρτωσης
  • Διοίκηση, βελτιστοποίηση και συντονισμός όλου του κύκλου παραγγελιών
  • Παρακολούθηση της ποιότητας, της ποσότητας, των αποθεμάτων, των χρόνων παράδοσης, των εξόδων μεταφορών και της αποτελεσματικότητας

παραλαβή αποθέματος, διαχείριση επιστροφών, διενέργεια απογραφών,
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων ή παραπόνων που ανακύπτουν
- Επίβλεψη, καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση εργατικού δυναμικού
- Συντονισμός διανομής των προϊόντων από την εταιρεία μέχρι τον πελάτη
- Ηγετικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης προσωπικού
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες λήψης αποφάσεων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- εφοδιασμού ή τη διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων θα είναι extra προσόν
- Έλεγχος χώρου αποθήκευσης και χωροταξία

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία ως warehouse Manager  min 3
  • χρόνια
  • Ικανότητα διοίκησης και διαχείρισης προσωπικού
  • Καλή χρήση ανάλογων λογισμικών
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες ανάλυσης, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και οργάνωσης
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας ανεξάρτητα και χειρισμού πολλαπλών έργων
