Daily challenges and tasks

Key knowledge and skills

• Working closely with partners to facilitate and close corporate deals, including structuring deals, performing due diligence, and negotiating terms;
• Drafting and revising transaction documents;
• Implementing legal compliance in the various areas of business operations;
• Working closely with KYC, AML, GDPR external providers
• Registration and support of non-resident companies
• Analysis of foreign legislation, changes in corporate and tax law
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Drafting agreements and supporting documents in different jurisdictions
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions.
• Preparation of analytical materials, commercial offers, expert opinions and comments
• 3+ years of work experience in a Ukrainian or international law firm / reputable in-house legal department;
• Ability to manage small projects and workstreams independently;
• Activity and responsibility in the performance of tasks, result-oriented;
• Good analytical skills, systematic approach and logical thinking;
• B2+ English;
• Fast learner;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
• Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with AdTech/MarTech
