Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and control of:

  • Departmental regulations (goals and objectives of the department, development strategy, job descriptions of employees, reports and analysis), promotion tools (prices, offers, pricing policy, incentive programs);

  • Provides continuous improvement in the efficiency of the department. Organizes and controls personnel training and introduction of innovative methods of promotion and sales of products;
  • Debt control of the whole client base;
  • Personnel control using ERP and CPM systems;
  • Constant expansion of clients in corporate and HORECA sectors (meeting, negotiating, creating offers, complete sales);
  • Provides efficient sales for the company, as well as keeping the clients to be returning;
  • Participation in the recruitment of staff;-completing various instructions from the head.

  Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position from 2 years in HORECA

  • Financial planning
  • Drawing up KPI, successful experience
  • Business negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills, competent speech, initiative
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a conversational level
