Our client is an international B2B company providing high-class software and gaming products for the iGaming industry. Founded in 2017 by a team of professionals from marketing, software, and game design, the company has grown into a diverse global team of 100+ specialists.

They offer a proprietary high-load B2B online casino platform, hosted in a cloud environment, which combines advanced user acquisition tools with cutting-edge casino technology. Their services span multiple APIs, modular game infrastructure, and flexible cash flow solutions - all designed to empower operators in regulated markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE – Head of Growth

At the core of the Commercial Division, the Research & Development (R&D) team functions as a rapid experimentation unit - focused on validating new market and product opportunities with real operator data.

As Head of Growth, you will lead this high-impact unit and collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Games, Payments, Analytics, and Commercial teams. Your mission is to ensure the company only invests in opportunities with clear, data-driven potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead discovery and validation of new markets and product initiatives aligned with the commercial strategy.

  • Own and refine the R&D framework for prioritizing and evaluating opportunities.

  • Define success metrics for experiments in partnership with other departments.

  • Execute data-driven playbooks for GEO launches, UX tests, and product features.

  • Coordinate pre-launch readiness: payments, game availability, UX, QA, and pilot partners.

  • Identify blockers and turn findings into scalable, long-term solutions.

  • Analyze test results and present go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Oversee successful handover of validated projects to operational teams for scaling.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven experience in product/market R&D, go-to-market testing, or commercial validation roles

  • Strong hypothesis-driven and analytical approach to experimentation

  • Experience in iGaming or high-growth B2B tech environments

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous product or market challenges

  • Solid understanding of player and revenue metrics: FTDs, GGR, ARPU, Reg2Dep, funnels

  • Confident working with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Clear communicator with strong documentation skills

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, market segmentation, and product validation frameworks

  • Startup or scale-up experience is a strong advantage

SUCCESS METRICS
  • Number of validated and scaled new markets or products

  • R&D-attributed FTD and revenue growth

  • Time-to-launch for experiments and MVPs

  • Ratio of successful experiments to total tests run

  • Cross-department satisfaction and adoption of the R&D process
