Your mission: Make an impact

We are seeking a Cluster Lead to lead and manage our Core Technology department.

How you'll drive success

Leadership & Management:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.

Project Management:

• Ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor and report on engineering performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the engineering processes.
• Oversee the architecture and infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Strategic Planning:

• Work closely with the executive team to define the long-term vision and strategy for the engineering department.
• Align engineering goals with business objectives, ensuring the development of innovative solutions that meet market demands.
• Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance productivity and product quality.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, DevOps practices, and system architecture.
•  Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, drive change, and manage complex projects.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align engineering efforts with business strategy and contribute to the company's long-term success.
