About the role
We're looking for a Creative Producer (UGC/TikTok/Reels/Shorts) experienced in short-form video content, knows how to turn UGC into high-performing creatives, and understands that in beauty it's not only about aesthetics, but also about metrics: high Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and lowering CAC.
What you'll do
- Produce, test, and scale TikTok/Reels/Shorts/UGC creatives for paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers: write briefs, manage production, and optimize results.
- Spot emerging formats, trends, and native storytelling techniques across social platforms.
- Monitor strategies of direct and indirect competitors, as well as adjacent industries, to generate fresh creative hypotheses.
- Translate metrics (Hook Rate, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC) into creative insights and actionable iterations.
- Analyze web/app funnels and understand how creatives impact key performance indicators (conversion, ARPPU D0, LTV).
- Work closely with the UA team to ensure creatives scale growth effectively.
What we expect
- 3+ years in creative production or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of successful UGC campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat etc)
- Experience with B2C subscription-based products (mobile apps is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of beauty/skincare trends and visual language.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
- English proficiency B1+.
