The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient 
MetaTrader Admin Specialist
to manage and oversee trading operations in FX and CFDs across MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) and additional trading platforms.

This role involves maintaining optimal trading conditions, managing liquidity and pricing feeds, administering platform configurations, and ensuring smooth trading flow. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trading systems, market structure, and risk management, along with hands-on expierence in resolving trading-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Trading Platform & System Management

· Administer and configure MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) servers and other trading platforms.

· Set up and maintain trading conditions including spreads, swaps, commissions, and execution parameters.

· Monitor and optimize platform performance, latency, and uptime.

· Manage and troubleshoot price feeds, liquidity bridges, and data providers.

· Coordinate with IT and platform vendors for upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.

Liquidity & Pricing

·
Manage relationships with liquidity providers and aggregators.

· Monitor and adjust liquidity pools to ensure competitive pricing and execution quality.

· Analyze and optimize routing logic and execution flow.

· Handle feed discrepancies, pricing anomalies, and slippage issues.

Trading Operations

·
Monitor real-time trading activity, flow, and exposure.

· Identify and resolve trading anomalies, execution delays, and client complaints.

· Conduct post-trade analysis and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes.

· Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to trading policies.

Risk & Exposure Management

· Monitor client positions, P&L, and overall book exposure.

· Implement hedging strategies and manage risk limits.

· Support the development of automated risk tools and dashboards.

Technical & Administrative Duties

· Maintain platform user access, roles, and permissions.

· Oversee account setup, group configurations, and symbol mapping.

· Support onboarding of new instruments and trading products.

· Document procedures and maintain operational manuals.

Requirements

· Minimum 4 years of experience in FX/CFD dealing or trading operations.

· Strong expertise in MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) administration and liquidity bridge systems (e.g., OneZero, PrimeXM, etc.).

· Solid understanding of market structure, trading mechanics, and risk management.

· Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and trading analytics tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

· Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

· Experience with FIX protocol and API integrations.

· Familiarity with other trading platforms (e.g., cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade).

· Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance frameworks.
