Are you a driven professional with a passion for the financial markets? As a Hebrew-speaking Dealer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing market trends, managing client accounts, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Dealer Activities: Oversee daily dealer tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are executed efficiently.
Stay Informed: Keep up with daily financial news related to the companys trading products.
Market Monitoring: Analyze client account margins, liquidation levels, and market trends using both fundamental and technical analysis.
Incident Reporting: Notify management of any unusual events or market activities.
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with other dealers during major market movements and coordinate with the Sales Department to resolve client disputes quickly.
Generate Reports: Create comprehensive daily, monthly, and yearly reports to track key metrics.
Price Feeds: Constantly monitor price feeds to ensure they are functioning correctly.

What You will Need:

Fluency in Hebrew: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good command of English is required.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Financial Markets: Previous experience in a similar role within the financial sector or brokerage firms is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with trading platforms and solid knowledge of both technical and fundamental analysis.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work in a rotating shift system, Monday to Friday (shift hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM or 03:00 PM - Midnight).
