  • Define the Roadmap:
    Own, prioritize, and articulate the strategic roadmap for the Payment Orchestration SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives (e.g., revenue growth, merchant adoption, operational efficiency).

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as the product expert and liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal), external partners (PSPs, technical providers), and the development team.

  • Backlog Management:
    Own and maintain a well-defined product backlog, writing clear, concise
    user stories
    with acceptance criteria, defining dependencies, and managing grooming/refinement sessions.

  • Feature Prioritization:
    Use data (authorization rates, latency, failure metrics) and business value to prioritize the backlog, maximizing the return on investment for engineering efforts.

  • Feature Ownership:
    Drive the entire lifecycle for platform features

  • PCI Compliance:
    Work closely with the Security team and QSA to ensure all platform features and deployments maintain
    PCI DSS
    compliance status.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment.
  • 3+ years
    of direct experience within the
    FinTech
    or
    Payments industry
    is mandatory, specifically with
    Payment Gateways, PSPs, or Payment Orchestration Layers.
  • Proven understanding of key payment concepts:
    Authorization, Capture, Tokenization, 3D Secure, Fraud Management, and Settlement.
  • Exceptional ability to write clear, actionable
    user stories
    and manage product backlogs using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong technical fluency; capable of engaging in architecture and design discussions with engineers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value for C-level executives and vice-versa.

  • Experience launching a
    SaaS or B2B platform
    product.
