We are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and continuously expand integrations with global and regional acquirers, banks, and alternative payment methods. Our tech teams span R&D, Security / DevOps / Network, Integrations, AI, and Customer Support, working together to deliver a robust, scalable payments platform.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys working with people and is ready to develop HR functions in a fast-growing IT startup. The ideal candidate can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to talent acquisition and employee support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions (from brief to offer).
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen the company's HR brand.
  • Support HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, adaptation of new employees.
  • Participate in the development of HR functions and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or HR.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently.
  • Languages: Russian and English.
  • Proactive, flexible, result-oriented.
