Our client, a leading global FX company, is seeking a
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
to join their growing HR team in
Limassol, Cyprus
, and lead international recruitment initiatives that support the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding current and future hiring needs across multiple regions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Oversee relationships with international recruitment agencies
  • Craft job descriptions and design effective selection processes
  • Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at career events, job fairs, and networking functions
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or a related field)
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented
