About the Role

We are looking for an 
IT Systems Engineer
 to join our growing IT team in
Nicosia.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in managing complex IT environments and is passionate about delivering secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server (including core features like AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.).
  • Monitor systems, perform preventive maintenance, and detect and fix defects.
  • Implement and maintain systems backup and redundancy strategies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • University degree in Information Technology or relevant professional certifications.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Server core features.
  • Knowledge of storage and backup systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, management, and automation tools.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
