Main Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and manage QA strategies to ensure product reliability and performance.

• Design comprehensive test plans and perform both manual and automated testing.

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression, integration, and system testing.

• Work closely with developers, data engineers, and product managers to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

• Validate AI/ML model outputs, data integrity, and system performance metrics.

• Document bugs, track their resolution, and perform thorough verification after fixes.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of testing results and technical documentation.

• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards.

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior QA engineers.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in establishing and leading QA processes within technical or R&D environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with manual and automated testing of complex systems (web, backend, and AI-driven applications).
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience testing machine learning models or data pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing both manual and automated test suites.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Software Tester (CSTE), or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience in AI, data-driven systems, or embedded product testing is a plus.

Key Skills

• Strong technical background with understanding of software and hardware integration testing.
• Proficient in automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience with REST API testing and performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data validation techniques.
• Knowledge of testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing projects and meet deadlines effectively
