FP&A reporting manager, Larnaca – FPA/11/25

We are looking for the Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting Manager at a modern international family office.

Role Overview

The position reports to the CEO and focuses on cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated management reporting. The role combines analytical expertise with financial acumen and requires strong presentation skills. Responsibilities include producing timely reports, providing insights, improving processes, and implementing new reporting tools, including automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cashflow Forecasting & Budgeting
    : Prepare monthly forecasts, develop budgets, monitor variances, and build scenario models.
  • Consolidated Management Reporting
    : Ensure consistent reporting standards, produce quarterly reports with executive summaries, asset valuations, and trend analysis.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    : Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Process & Reporting Improvements
    : Enhance reporting templates and collaborate with IT/finance teams for data automation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    : Liaise with finance teams, present findings clearly, and build strong relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA, CIMA) preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A or investment reporting, particularly in multi-entity environments.
  • Technical skills include advanced Excel, proficiency in reporting tools, and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Experience with BI tools such PowerBI is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Location & Travel

  • Position based in Larnaca with occasional travel abroad.
