Job Summary
:

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed updates to Project Managers and stakeholders on project progress
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments and teams.
  • Monitor and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Escalating issues to the project manager as needed
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks to support project success

Requirements and skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role
  • Experience in Forex, FinTech, or financial services preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira/Confluence/
