About Us

We are a group of innovative companies in the online dating and affiliate marketing industry. With several fast-growing products under our umbrella, we are in scale-up mode and tackling exciting challenges across multiple platforms.

Our software team is restructuring and maturing rapidly. While we believe developers should take ownership of the quality of their code, our current architecture requires a dedicated QA professional to safeguard quality and keep our delivery processes smooth.

At the same time, our Head of Technology and Technical Project Manager need operational support to accelerate sales and product operations. That's where you come in.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced QA
who can take ownership of testing across our products, while also supporting operational and technical tasks that are essential for smooth business operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines
quality assurance
with further operations
support
, offering a lot of variety and the chance to make a visible impact on multiple products.

You'll join a collaborative team and work closely with our Technical Project Manager, engineers, and Head of Technology.

What You'll Do

  • Test websites and landers for functionality, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Own the bug/issue process across all products: document, assess, prioritize, and track to resolution.
  • Support operational tasks such as (We can teach you):
  • Creating offers, traffic sources, and API users.
  • Adding geos and lead translations.
  • Assisting the sales team with technical setup.
  • Plan and execute test cases, and contribute ideas for automation and process improvements.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress and findings.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with web testing frameworks and test automation.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (JS/CSS).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle both structured testing and ad-hoc problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience in technical support or operational roles.
  • Background in affiliate marketing, ad tech, or online platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL or scripting to support testing/automation.

What Success Looks Like

Month 1:

  • You're familiar with our business context, products, and systems.
  • You've started testing Medialix and handling smaller operational tasks.

Month 2:

  • You're documenting test cases, proactively testing features, and contributing automation ideas.
  • You've begun supporting multiple systems for our brands.

Month 3:

  • You fully own QA and operational support tasks.
  • You drive the bug/issue process, ensuring quality across all projects.
