The Opportunity

A technology company is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team in Limassol. This is a pivotal position offering exposure to high-value, cross-border commercial work across the EMEA region.

The role offers significant autonomy, the chance to work directly with senior stakeholders, and an opportunity to shape the company's commercial success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

About the Role

You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, taking responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. You will support global operations, ensuring the company's commercial objectives are achieved while managing legal and regulatory risks effectively.

This position is well-suited to a lawyer with a strong commercial background, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile and delivery-focused culture. Experience under English law is particularly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including technology, licensing, and service agreements.
  • Support cross-border deals and transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to business, sales, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Assist with compliance, risk management, and governance matters.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders on contract structuring and commercial strategy.

About You

  • Qualified lawyer with solid commercial experience, ideally in the technology or services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of English law and experience with international transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
