Senior UI/UX Designer
to join our team.

Your role at HFM:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with line manager and product managers.
  • Create high quality design assets including wireframes, mockups and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and propose solutions to UX problems.
  • Competitor analysis and user research.
  • Ensures a consistent and branded look across all products of the company.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Requirements

  • BSc in design, UI/UX design, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solver and customer-centered.
  • Proven working experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes.
  • Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, high quality standards for your work, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of Wireframe tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
