Facility: Lime Padel Park

Lime Padel Park is hiring a Padel Club Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the sports centre, ensure smooth work of all areas (padel courts, café, retail), and maintain high service standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, strong organisational skills, and availability during evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations of the sports centre (padel courts, café, retail area)
  • Coordinating staff schedules and ensuring shift coverage
  • Supervising service quality and resolving operational issues on site
  • Organising and controlling supplies, consumables, and equipment
  • Working with suppliers and monitoring stock availability
  • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and compliance with internal standards
  • Handling administrative tasks: timesheets, internal reports, basic documentation
  • Maintaining regular communication with the owner and management
  • Supporting clients and resolving service-related questions when needed

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible working hours
  • Availability required in the evenings and on weekends

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a manager, administrator, or operations coordinator (sports, hospitality, retail, or service environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational tasks on site
  • Stress resistance and problem-solving mindset
  • Good command of English is required
  • Greek or other languages are a plus
  • Confident PC user (basic office tools, messengers, scheduling)
