Our client is a leading marketing agency specializing in performance-driven partnerships and innovative marketing solutions within the iGaming industry. They are seeking a results-oriented Sports Betting Affiliate Manager to join their dynamic team in Limassol. If you have experience in affiliate marketing within the sports betting space and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, this role is for you

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience, specifically in the betting industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated.
  • English level B2-C1.
  • Native Ukrainian or Russian speaker.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Represent the company and brands at exhibitions and industry events.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment and gaming industry.
  • Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit new affiliates to run CPA, RS, and hybrid campaigns.
  • Negotiate deal terms with affiliate partners.
  • Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and spend tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and commission payouts.
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
  • Grow and optimize the existing affiliate database for maximum customer exposure.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with partners and provide ongoing affiliate support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and web development teams to improve acquisition via affiliate sites.
  • Represent the company at professional exhibitions, conventions, and networking events.
  • Develop unique content for monthly affiliate newsletters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Organize promotions and tournaments to engage existing affiliates and maximise performance.
