Role Description

We are seeking a
Technical Analyst
to join our growing team. This is a
full-time position
offering structured training on Medallia and Qualtrics platforms. You will work closely with our experienced consultants and solution architects to support end-to-end CX platform implementations for international clients. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to build a career in the fast-growing field of

technology while gaining hands-on experience on two of the most widely used enterprise CX platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities

Training and Development

  • Participate in an intensive training program to become proficient in Medallia and Qualtrics platform functionalities
  • Learn and understand the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Medallia and Qualtrics solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in customer experience management

Project Support

  • Collaborate with senior team members to implement Medallia and Qualtrics solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Assist in configuring surveys, dashboards, and reports within the platforms
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase

Client Interaction

  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure a clear understanding of their business needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Build strong client relationships through responsive and professional interactions

Documentation

  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including configuration specifications and client communication records
  • Develop training materials and documentation for end-users

Continuous Improvement

  • Actively contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance team efficiency
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance technical and industry knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts
  • English language is essential
