Our client, a leading full-service law firm with a team of more than 80 experienced lawyers, arbitrators, legal consultants, and support staff, is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join its team at either their Nicosia or Limassol office.

The Role: 

The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality legal services and advice to the firms local and international corporate and commercial clients, while working within a professional and collaborative environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate and commercial litigation cases.
  • Draft pleadings and other court documents, including  interim applications
  • Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
  • Draft legal opinions and letters
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial litigation matters
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance of advise and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Law (LLB)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate/commercial litigation
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Greek and English.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Team-oriented, with strong attention to detail

Salary Range: EUR 45, ,000 gross/year
