About the Role

As a Business Analyst on the Integrations Team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality integrations of third-party payment providers into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (account management, product development, support) and external PSPs to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis between partner APIs and paytech's platform capabilities.
  • Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with new providers, contributing to feasibility assessments.
  • Prepare integration documentation, flow diagrams, and interface definitions.
  • Support the Integrations Project Manager with planning and prioritization.
  • Validate implemented integrations against requirements and assist in UAT coordination.
  • Track issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal BA processes and knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis roles, specifically in payment systems, PSP integrations, or fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system integration concepts.
  • Fluent in
    English and Russian
    (written and spoken).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to document and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, , Postman, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in payments is a plus.
