AML Analyst

As wecontinue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic AML Analyst to join our team.Yourrole at HFM:Design and monitor AML policies and procedures ofthe GroupDesign and implement the procedures and controlsrelevant to the AML frameworkResponsible for administrating and updating thecompany's record keeping system.Perform client screenings for new and existingcustomers.Assist in reviewing transactions flagged by transactionmonitoring systems.Assist in the completion and maintenance of internalreports.Populating AML/ KYC checklists when required.Performing AML administration tasks, includingliaising with the Back Office Department for KYC and Due Diligence requests.Review source of funds documentation submitted byclients as part of the KYC process.Assisting in the preparation of the annual andinduction staff training program.Assisting in responding to requests from externaland internal auditors, by collecting and coordinating relevant documentations. Requirements WhatYou Bring:University Degree or equivalent.2+ years of experience in the AML field.Proven experience with transaction monitoringsystems, risk assessments, and AML investigations.Open to creative solutions and business innovation.Strong communication and analysis skills; must beable to identify and handle AML suspicious activities.Good English language knowledge.AML CySEC certificate will be considered as anadvantage.​Applicantsmust be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where theposition is based.
