We are looking for a
DevOps Engineer
to join our
IT Infrastructure
team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
building, optimizing, and automating production systems
, ensuring high availability, enhanced security, and consistent performance across all environments. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passinate about
DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation
within a global fintech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deploy, automate, and manage production systems to ensure high availability, efficiency, and security
  • Build, release, and maintain production environments across cloud and on-premise infrastructures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across multiple platforms and applications
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate system components
  • Apply and enforce strong security practices aligned with required data protection standards
  • Continuously enhance processes, automation, and workflows to improve reliability and performance of production systems

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and its core services
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD methodologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), containerization, and orchestration concepts
  • Solid understanding of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash/ELK)
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python optional)
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and high-availability architectures
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environments and tackle complex technical challenges
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
