Job Description

We are looking for a Technology and Onboarding Analyst to act as a vital bridge between our operations teams and technical departments. You will play a key role in supporting and analysing internal systems while working closely with technology, product, and operations teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in financial systems and a passion for improving operational efficiency through technology.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new clients into our proprietary technology, including vendor and third-party connectivity.

  • Performing detailed analysis of incoming and outgoing trade files, including documenting mapping requirements.

  • Gathering and consolidating feedback from internal operations teams to inform technology improvements.

  • Attending BPO project calls and providing relevant updates as required.

  • Helping streamline and enhance the onboarding process to ensure the swift integration of new clients.

  • Delivering training sessions to the BPO team on best practices for using our internal technology platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience in new client onboarding or an understanding of post-trade processes would be desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems combined with a solid understanding of financial operations.

  • An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
