In a few words...

As a PMO Professional, you will be collaborating with marketing cross-functional teams and developing business operation processes to achieve desired goals while providing standard and ad-hoc analysis, reporting business-related insights, improvement suggestions, and consultative services to the unit's partners and other internal clients using business data. You will also be supporting internal & pivotal initiatives as well as managing financial processes, monthly interface with finance, and PO process optimization.

What will your job look like?

You will:


•    Manage financial process, monthly interface with finance, PO process optimization using advanced SaaS and AI tools. 


•    Be the owner of the procurement financial process, working directly with the vendor and owning the invoicing process.

•    Be responsible for several cross-unit processes/practices. Proactively provide an integrative view and analysis of the various business aspects across units/project(s) to enable better decision-making, build predictive routines, and promote risk mitigation.

•    Identify & highlight trends/key issues and present results, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern, and possible deviation from established plans in the domains under your responsibility. Be responsible for the execution of business improvement initiatives, internal/strategic projects.

•    Perform audits/reviews, proactively identify challenges/opportunities, and extract lessons learned to achieve business goals.

•    Streamline work processes & demonstrate industry-leading practices and standards across the unit/projects. Interface and work with business analysts and information system focal points.

•    Work collaboratively and serve as a trusted advisor to the unit's partners and other functions, providing crucial business operational support/consultancy, ensuring that the business and operations of the unit are running on the specified cadence, adding value to the unit's leadership discussions, operational discussions, etc.

All you need is...

Must-have skills:


•    Full-time Graduation Degree. An engineering/Economics degree is preferred


•    High proficiency in Excel


•    To be detail-oriented, a fast thinker, and have a sharp analytical mind 


•    Minimum 4 years' experience in program management/planning & control/headquarters management


•    Minimum of 2 years of work experience with Finance operations and procurement

•    Experience with Project Management

•    Knowledge of SaaS and general AI tools such as ChatGPT


•    Familiarity with AOP, accounting process, and budget tracking

Nice-to-have skills:


•    Familiarity with will be considered an advantage 

•    Familiarity with marketing organizations will be considered an advantage
