Regional Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager, based in Paphos, to oversee operations in some of our key overseas destinations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and safety for our guests.

You will be part of a team of four Regional Managers, who are responsible for overseeing operations across multiple destinations, including managing a team of in-resort staff across Paphos, Larnaca and Turkey. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers, resolving guest and villa issues, and ensuring the smooth running of operations to guarantee our guests enjoy a seamless holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee villa preparation for guest arrivals and maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and health & safety standards.
• Monitor and resolve guest and villa issues, acting as an escalation point.
• Lead and support an in-resort team.
• Lead in the development of in-resort operational processes.
• Monitor trends and analyse data to propose operational initiatives for improvement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, Contractors, and UK teams.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training and positive wellbeing.
• Occasional travel to destinations within the region.
• Be on call out of hours for emergencies, on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Background in guest-facing or supplier management roles within travel or tourism.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to resolve issues quickly.
• Fluent in English (local language skills are a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work remotely.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

About the role:

· Local contract provided

· hrs per week across 5 days

· Some weekend work required
