About The Role
We're looking for a
Business Analyst
to join a growing FinTech team in Cyprus. In this role, you'll connect business needs with technical solutions, ensuring software projects deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into precise software specifications and workflows.
  • Bridge communication between business and development teams for smooth project execution.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery cycles.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify process improvements, assess project risks, and propose practical solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and promote transparent, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide end-user guidance on new system features and functionality.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in FinTech or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Proficiency in documentation (user stories, workflows, functional specs).
  • Understanding of SDLC and requirement management best practices.
