The Technology & Digital Division is actively looking to recruit a Technical Support Engineer who will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures timely resolution of client problems and contributes to maintaining high service standards. The position includes remote and onsite support at client or office locations as required.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver first and second-level technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits
• Provide onsite support for hardware installations, network configurations, and urgent troubleshooting at client or office locations
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams and track resolution
• Document all support activities in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support processes
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
• Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science or another related field will be considered an advantage
• At least two years of work experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking, and enterprise applications

• The below would be considered an advantage:

• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional

• Familiarity with ITIL processes

• Experience with cloud platforms and remote support tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Attentive to detail, methodical, diligent
• Excellent communication skills, in Greek and English, both written and spoken
