Client Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage company email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to merchandise and event-related queries.
- Coordinate with international and local suppliers and provide on-site client support when required.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotes within set time frames, and follow up accordingly.
- Receive and process customer orders and event requests, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries.
- Coordinate logistics and proactively resolve any delivery or supply-related issues.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain well-organized email and documentation systems to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
- Experience in client relations, administration, logistics, or order processing will be considered an advantage.
- A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
