Salesforce Developer

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with background in software development to help improve and develop our CRM solution, as well as integrate it with different data sources and to deliver the best customer experience for the business. 

• Develop, implement and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications with best practices.
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal and third-party applications
• Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
• Assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documentations on working custom developments, integrations, and data migration elements as well as provide training to end usersStay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates
• Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in development of Salesforce platform (Service, Sales and Experience clouds)
• Previous experience working with large amounts of data will be considered highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, Aura and LWC.
• Experience working with CTI, Live Chat, Platform Events, Skill Based Routing, External Object.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Experience with Python, Go, Kafka, CI/CD is a plus
• Working knowledge of VSCode or any other development tool.
• Good communication skills, good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
• Good practical experience with Agile development practices
• Certification required: Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II will be considered as an advantage
