The
ART Explora Festival
brings the world's first museum boat to Limassol Marina, offering visitors immersive cultural experiences including the
Mediterranean Sound Journey
, VR exhibitions, and interactive workshops.

Welcome Staff
to join our team and deliver an exceptional visitor experience.

Your Mission

As part of the Welcome Team, you will be the face of the festival: greeting visitors, guiding them through their journey, assisting with immersive activities, and ensuring smooth and safe visitor flows both on land and on board the ART Explora Yacht.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage check-in, and provide information about the festival program.
  • Manage queues, boarding introductions, and safety instructions.
  • Assist with equipment: VR headsets, audio headsets, visitor guides, and surveys.
  • Support children's groups and visitors with reduced mobility.
  • Maintain a warm, professional atmosphere across entrances, decks, and galleries.
  • Ensure smooth visitor flow during embarkation, exhibitions, and exit.

Team Roles (allocation after training)

  • Entrance & Welcome Desk
  • Boarding Queue & Boarding Room
  • Dockside (equipment management)
  • Onboard Stations: Upper Deck, VR Gallery, Front Deck, Aft Deck
  • Floating Welcome (mobile support across festival areas)

Requirements

  • Fluency in
    English and Greek
    (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or cultural venues preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and flexibility.
  • Availability across the full event period (25/10 – 2/11).
  • Clear criminal record

Training

  • Mandatory 4-hour training session on-site before the festival opening.
  • Daily team briefings & debriefings with Seanesthisis and ART Explora teams.
