Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a School Secretary located in Limassol. The School Secretary will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, and performing company secretarial work. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, managing schedules, greeting visitors, maintaining records, and providing customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
