F&B Manager

Scope of Jobs

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the F&B operations of our newest restaurant located at Columbia Secret Valley. The role is responsible for managing operations within budget while upholding the highest quality standards, and for inspiring the F&B team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Location

: Columbia Club House at Columbia Secret Valley

Key Responsibilities

·       Forecast, plan, and manage all daily F&B operations, including banqueting and special events.

·       Oversee menus, procurement, and equipment purchases to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

·       Ensure smooth operation of systems, daily monitoring of operations, and timely resolution of issues.

·       Maintain exceptional levels of customer service, proactively seek guest feedback, and build rapport.

·       Handle guest complaints effectively to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

·       Continuously drive improvements in service standards and guest experience.

·       Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve excellence.

·       Create a positive and motivational working environment that supports growth and accountability.

·       Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing regulations, and security procedures for cash handling, stock control, and premises management.

·       Implement and maintain HACCP and Health & Safety policies and procedures.

·       Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to support seamless operations.

·       Maintain structured documentation related to overall operations, including staff training, procedures, and compliance records.

·       Attend job-specific training programs and participate actively in team communication meetings.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

·       Proven experience as an F&B Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

·       Strong background in banqueting operations is highly desirable.

·       Up-to-date knowledge of food & beverage trends, innovations, and best practices.

·       Solid ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and control costs effectively.

·       Comprehensive understanding of F&B operations management, including compliance and quality standards.

  • Fluency in English.

·       Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing teams.

·       Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management

Skills & Knowledge

·       High level of customer service orientation.

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS

·      Commercially astute

·       Strong leadership and team management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·       In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, HACCP, and safety regulations.

·       Problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.

·       Budgeting and cost-control expertise.
