R&D, Security / DevOps / Network, Integrations, AI, and Customer Support

, working together to deliver a robust, scalable payments platform.

We are looking for a
Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

who will ensure the reliability of our third-party payment provider API integrations. You will work closely with the
Integrations Department

and clients to validate new provider connections before they go live.

This role offers strong growth potential: the right candidate is expected to evolve into the
Head of QA

, building out QA processes, frameworks, and a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing 3rd-party payment provider API integrations

  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Validate API flows and edge cases
  • Perform end-to-end test transactions with clients to confirm successful integrations

Internal product testing

  • Test paytech's internal products, features, and releases before production deployment
  • Collaborate with R&D and DevOps to ensure releases meet quality standards

Quality assurance processes

  • Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and documentation
  • Help define QA standards, automation frameworks, and best practices

Future leadership

  • Gain familiarity with QA management frameworks and methodologies
  • Prepare to build and lead a QA team as the company scales

Requirements:

Must have

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, automated API frameworks, etc.)
  • Experience with manual and automated testing
  • Good understanding of software release cycles
  • Strong English (written and spoken)

Preferred

  • Russian language skills
  • Familiarity with payment processing or fintech integrations
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and QA automation frameworks
  • Exposure to QA leadership, team management, or mentoring
