As an English-Speaking Sales Agent, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for making outbound calls to engage players, boost platform activity, drive retention, and support reactivation efforts. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and entertaining experience on our platform.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for customer service and direct communication with clients
  • Confidence in starting conversations and promoting our site, products, and ongoing promotions
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Familiarity with the online casino and/or sports betting industry
  • A competitive spirit and desire to achieve outstanding results

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls and conduct follow-ups with players
  • Assist new and existing players to ensure smooth access to our products and services
  • Promote our site, campaigns, and entertainment offerings in a compelling and professional manner
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader to understand and meet daily and monthly goals
  • Coordinate with departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support to ensure a smooth customer experience
