For our client, a leading digital Media company, we are hiring a Senior Affiliate Manager for a permanent full-time position for the office in Limassol (on-site).

The company offers tailored software products and strategic digital marketing solutions for businesses in the iGaming industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and revenue

  • Recruit new affiliates to run CPA, RS, hybrid and Fixed Fee campaigns

  • Negotiate optimal commercial terms and deal structures
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure affiliates deliver positive ROI
  • Manage affiliate budgets and ensure timely payments and invoicing
  • Provide regular reporting and performance insights to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and tech teams to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Support the creation of content, promotions, and tournaments to maintain affiliate engagement

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed Fee)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Comfortable representing the company at exhibitions and events
  • Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal
