Commercial Support Specialist
to join our team and help maintain our strong reputation for excellent service throughout both the sales and after-sales process.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to client enquiries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through our products and features. We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and has a good grasp of customer support tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to client queries via phone, email, or chat
• Identify client needs and assist with using specific product features
• Record details of technical issues and client discussions in internal systems
• Share feature requests and workarounds with relevant team members
• Keep clients informed about new features and updates
• Follow up to ensure reported issues are fully resolved
• Gather and share client feedback with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Customer Support or similar role (PSP or fintech experience is an advantage)
• Excellent written and spoken English and Greek; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and stay organised
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling challenging situations
