SALES ENGINEER

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Strovolos,

Nicosia. The candidate will work along with other sales staff to provide

technical support and deliver effective customer service. The Sales

engineer will also work with customers to understand their needs and

requirements, and propose customized solutions that meet their

objectives.

Duties and responsibilities:

 Preparation of offers

 preparation and submission of construction plans

 Involved in project planning and programming

 Preparation and submission of payment orders

 Account invoicing and payment collections.

 Orders for materials and machinery

 Some coordination of technical staff.

Required qualifications and skills:

 Very good knowledge of Greek and English. In writing and verbally.

 At least 2 years of experience in customer service in the mechanical

sector (Heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, fireplaces, etc.)

 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical

concepts to nontechnical audiences

 Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions

to complex problems

 Partial knowledge of Autocad

 Experience in the construction sector will be considered an additional

bonus.

 Willingness to learn new systems and applications.

Remuneration - Benefits:

 2000€ € gross salary

 + extra bonus

 13 th salary
