Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Social Marketing
Specialist with a strong background in developing and executing campaigns tailored to the
Kenyan market
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordof driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through creative digital strategies that resonate with Kenyan audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and manage engaging, localized content (text, images, video, campaigns) that connects with Kenyan consumers.
  • Oversee brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and design) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives relevant to Kenya.
  • Optimize paid social campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends in Kenya to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3- 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing Preferable with a focus on the Kenyan market.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with cultural sensitivity to Kenyan audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and paid campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
