Job Summary:

We are currently looking to hire an experienced, talented and creative
Social
Media Manager
to join our international team of talented individuals at Limassol office As a Social Media Manager, you will be a part of the team focusing on increasing brand awareness through online channels. In more detail, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing region-specific social media strategies that support the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Creating and engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborating with the global marketing and regional teams to localize content and campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the prop firm's social media presence.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, compliance, and legal teams to ensure all social media activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Offering suggestions and implementation strategies to the Management, as to new ways to increase brand awareness and exposure.
  • Monitoring social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Keeping up to date with industry related best practices, which may be relevant to your role.
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor and/or the Management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the Forex or Prop Firm services industries.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of forex and prop firms. Any knowledge and experience with futures and futures prop should be considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to social media in the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Adaptability and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
