Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician in Cyprus. The Optician will be responsible for performing eye exams, consulting customers on their eyewear options, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the selection of frames and lenses. Additional duties include maintaining accurate patient records and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Optics and Optometry skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience performing Eye Exams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail experience in eyewear is a plus
• Certification or degree in Optometry or related field
