We are looking for a
Junior Engineer
to join our
Implementation
team, a part of the
Delivery
department. In this role, you will be configuring, testing and ensuring support of the Way4 system deliveries, according to the requirements analysis, working on a firm plan under the supervision of a senior colleague.

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in and perform requirements analysis
  • Configure WAY4 Software to the needs of the customer
  • Develop custom components of WAY4 independently or with support of the team lead
  • Perform quality assurance based on the needs of the project
  • Identify defects in the system, resolve incidents and support the testing process of customers/projects
  • Deliver WAY4 software/components to customers based on project objectives
  • Support WAY4 software installed at customers

Your qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (2.1 or over 6.5/10; MSc is a plus)
  • Recent graduates are welcome; 1-2 years' experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, effectively, and convincingly
  • A team player with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues quickly
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Required technical skills:

  • Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle preferred) and PL/SQL
  • Basic programming experience in Java
  • Familiarity with Unix administration (preferred)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP
