A leading global company is looking for a
proactive, hands-on IT & SecOps Team Lead
to oversee multi-site infrastructure and security operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and protection across its international platform.


Your Impact

  • Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across
    Cyprus, Israel, and Albania
    .
  • Ensure
    uptime, performance, and cost-efficiency
    of global systems.
  • Lead
    daily security operations and incident response
    for a high-transaction, always-on platform.
  • Manage
    Windows, Linux, and AWS environments
    .
  • Monitor and optimize
    EDR, WAF, Zero-Trust, and bot-protection systems
    (e.g., SentinelOne, Cloudflare).
  • Drive
    threat hunting, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening
    .
  • Establish and enforce
    security best practices
    while fostering a security-first culture.
  • Mentor and supervise
    IT Site Managers and SecOps engineers/analysts
    across multiple locations.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years
    of experience in IT infrastructure and security operations.
  • 2+ years
    in a leadership role (IT or SOC).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Windows & Linux, AWS, EDR/SIEM tools (e.g., SentinelOne), Cloudflare (or equivalent)
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    incident management, threat response, and system hardening
    .
  • Proven ability to
    lead multi-site operations
    and
    cross-functional teams
    .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Bonus points
    : Experience in gaming/betting/financial platforms, IaC/Kubernetes security, or certifications (GCIH, OSCP, CISSP).
